Patient Satisfaction 

   The opinion patient's have of the care they receive from Home Health
   and Hospice is very important to us.  We take very seriously our
   commitment to provide the highest level of care to our patients.

   Getting patients input is the only way that we have to be certain that
   we are doing our best to meet the home health needs of our patients.

   The following indicates the success we have had in the past three years
   in meeting our patients' needs.  The figures represent the number of
   returned patient satisfaction surveys not the total number of patients
   that have received care from our agency.
